SACS is Coming . . . . . Are We Ready?
IMPORTANT DATES
September 10, 2008 - the Compliance Certification Report was sent to SACS for review by an off-site committee comprised of peer institutions.
November 5-6, 2008 - Off-site committee reviewed compliance certification report.
November 19, 2008 - Notification from SACS on results of off-site committee's review.
November 21, 2008 - Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) draft sent to SACS. After discussions with the campus community, the University has chosen "Active Learning" as its QEP. More information will be available soon.
January 9, 2009 - Final draft of QEP and any additional reports due to SACS.
February 23 - 25, 2009 -Visit from SACS on-site committee. More information will be posted, check back frequently.
July 1, 2009 - Response to SACS on on-site review.
December 8, 2009 - Notification of Reaffirmation
