The above is a list of the individual department catalog files posted on the Catalog website. They are in Microsoft Word format and DO NOT contain the formatting that will in the catalog. It is not necessary for you to edit the format, only change the content. You must save the document on your computer system to do your edits. Tracking changes is turned on, DO NOT turn this off. The tracking allows us to see the changes required for the final catalog document, who made the changes, and when the changes were made.
Once your edits are made, send the revised file to lepperm@exchange. nku.edu or to the person responsible for catalog edits in your college/department. If file is sent to lepperm@exchange.nku.edu, a notification that file was received will be sent.

The final date for the catalog editor to receive catalog materials TO BE INCLUDED IN THE 2007-2008 UNDERGRADUATE CATALOG is December 21, 2006. This allows the catalog editor enough time to finalize the undergraduate catalog and have it printed for delivery in early February. Any requests for delays in returning materials will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Delays will postpone delivery of catalog to the campus and remove any possibility of making the catalog available for Transitions in February. All updates to programs and courses must have final approval prior to inclusion in the catalog. Forms with signatures are required in order for curriculum updates to be included in printed catalog.
Course/Program Approval Dates
To be included in catalog, all curriculum forms for new courses, course changes, proposed programs and proposed certificates MUST be approved by the December 07, 2006 UCC meeting.
The October 26 submission date will allow for online discussion of the proposed curriculum form through November 16, College Curriculum Committee vote by November 9, and UCC vote at the December 7, 2006 meeting.
All curriculum forms must be submitted electronically. Paper forms are not acceptable.
