Center in the Administrative Center here at Northern Kentucky University.
The Customer Service Center is staffed by NKU Students working 20 hours per
week.

Requirements for Fidelity Student Employment
- Must be a Full-time NKU student (12 hours per semester)
- A cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better
- Completion of 12 semester hours
- Must be at least 18 years old
