For the period from January 1, 2006 through May 7, 2006, the mileage reimbursement rate was $0.40 per mile.

For the period from May 8, 2006, through October 31, 2007, the mileage reimbursement rate was $0.41 per mile.

For the period from November 1, 2007, through April 13, 2008, the mileage reimbursement rate was $0.43 per mile.

As of April 14, 2008, the mileage reimbursement rate is $0.45 per mile.

As of July 1, 2008, the mileage reimbursement rate is $0.49 per mile
