Welcome to the Northern Kentucky University Staff Congress Home Page
The Staff Congress was organized to create a stronger bond within the staff and to solicit and express the opinions, suggestions, and recommendations of the staff on all matters of interest to the University community. The Staff Congress reviews all University policies and documents and makes recommendations.
Staff Congress governance body was organized in December 1981 by President Emeritus Dr. A. D. Albright. The Faculty governance originated in 1969 as the Faculty Assembly and the name was changed to Faculty Senate in 1974. The Faculty Senate/Staff Congress Office is located in the Lucas Administrative Center, Room 105.
