Welcome to the Northern Kentucky University Staff Congress Home Page

 The Staff Congress was organized to create a stronger bond within the staff and to solicit and express the opinions, suggestions, and recommendations of the staff on all matters of interest to the University community. The Staff Congress reviews all University policies and documents and makes recommendations.

Staff Congress governance body was organized in December 1981 by President Emeritus Dr. A. D. Albright. The Faculty governance originated in 1969 as the Faculty Assembly and the name was changed to Faculty Senate in 1974. The Faculty Senate/Staff Congress Office is located in the Lucas Administrative Center, Room 105.

ALUMNI AWARD NOMINATION FORM

The Alumni Association recognizes alumni and one staff/faculty member who have achieved success in their chosen fields and those who have made significant contributions benefiting the University and/or the community-at-large. While the awards are presented at the annual awards banquet in February, nominations for the various awards described below may be made at any time during the year. Alumni submitting nominations should know that the individuals recommended for awards may be contacted for additional information. An awards committee will review all the nominations and choose the recipients.  Nominations are due by Monday, October 20, 2008.
