OFFENSE: Kidnapping and Rape
DATE/TIME: March 16, 2008 at 7:20 p.m.
LOCATION: NKU Parking Lot C
SUSPECTS: 2 White Males
1st Suspect
6’02” white male with muscular build with a slight gut
Short brown hair, a little longer than a burr
Wearing a red hoody, blue jeans and a black baseball hat
Also has a tribal band tattoo on arm
2nd Suspect
5’08” white male
Dishwater Blonde Hair described as not long, but shaggy in the middle
Wearing black t-shirt with no logo, blue jeans
Wearing black gloves with fingers cut out
Also had an Earring
DETAILS:
A female student reported to Highland Heights Police that at about 7:20 p.m. on Sunday, March 16, 2008 she was forcibly taken from Parking Lot C on the NKU campus by two males described above as she was walking to a meeting. The victim was grabbed and held by the larger suspect while the smaller suspect retrieved a vehicle. The victim was transported to the Meadowview Apartment parking lot off campus where she was raped; then fought her way out of the vehicle. The subjects were possibly driving a green Honda Civic with tinted windows and were last seen driving out of the Meadowview Apartments parking lot. The victim went back to her vehicle, returned home and later sought medical attention in Boone County. The crime was reported to the Boone County Sheriffs Office; the case is under investigation by Northern Kentucky University Police Department and Highland Heights Police Department.

When possible avoid walking alone. Walk with someone, or walk where other people are near.
If you are being followed, call 9-1-1 and go the nearest place of safety.
Yell or scream to attract attention. Carry a whistle that will make a loud noise.
