Dispo: Residential Hall Director requested a DPS Officer respond
for a quiet zone violation, that later became an alcohol related
incident. Report forwarded to Residential Life for possible
disciplinary action.

ASSAULT 4TH DEGREE 508.030 Minor Injury No Medical Attention.
Dispo: Female subject received a minor injury, from her ex-boyfriend,
as a result of a argument. The Male subject was placed in custody at
2:12pm following a small scuffle with the responding officers.
The Male subject was issued a Kentucky State Citation and was
transported to the Campbell County Jail.

Dispo: Male visitor was observed by DPS Personnel operating his
vehicle in a reckless manner. Subject was issued a Kentucky State
Citation.

SMOKE-Smoke-Odor Of Smoke-None Visible.
Dispo: No Fire. Male Residential Life Assistant reported a smell of
smoke. Upon investigation, a charred piece of toilet paper was
found laying on the carpet. The NKU Environmental Safety Officer was
on the scene and advised that the fire department was not needed.

vehicle driver for Parking in a Fire Lane.

MEDICAL RESPONSE-Medical Response-Squad.
Dispo: Male NKU Employee collapsed while on a university assignment.
Victim was treated at scene by both the responding DPS Officer and the
University's Nurse. Victim was transported by Central Campbell County
Squad to St. Luke Hospital East for treatment. Upon arrival, the
victim was pronounced dead by the attending emergency room physician.
The victim died of an apparent heart attack.

Department Squad responded to the scene. Subject was treated at the
scene the University Nurse, Paramedics and Jeff Baker (Environmental
Safety Officer). Subject refused transportation to the hospital.

evidence of smoke or fire. The Alarm was reset.

Response-Squad.
Dispo: Female NKU Employee fell while walking in Parking Lot J.
Subject walked to her office where she began to feel ill. The Central
Campbell Fire Department Squad responded and transported the subject
to St. Luke - East for treatment. The University Nurse had not arrived
for duty at the time of the medical response.

Dispo: Female reported that an unknown subject followed her into
the building. The complainant stated that the subject made her
very nervous. The surrounding areas were checked. Unable to locate
the subject.

Dispo: Central Campbell County Fire Department requested that an N.K.U. officer meet them
at Norse Hall, in reference to equipment that they left at the scene in reference to Report #000906.
The area was checked and the equipment was not located. They advised that they would check
their station for it and would contact our department later....

Criminal Mischief.
Dispo: Residential Life Director informed a DPS Officer that a Dorm
Room window had been destroyed. The window had been destroyed by a
large rock. The Dorm Room is not being occupied at this time, due to
a previous incident (See Report #000906). There is no suspect
information and this incident is under investigation....

Location: B-E-P BUILDING-BEP CIRCLE-VEHICLE-Damage To Vehicle.
Dispo: Female subjects vehicle slid due to snowy conditions and
struck a concrete curb. The driver was not injured, but the vehicle
had to be towed from the scene....
