Dispo: While on routine patrol, Officer observed a 1988 Cadillac being operated by a subject
known not to possess an operator's license. The vehicle was stopped at the listed location. A
Driver License check was conducted, and verified that the operator did not have a drivers license.
Driver was issued a Kentucky State Citation for Operating a Motor Vehicle without a License
and was transported and lodged in the Campbell County Jail.

Dispo:  Male subject intentionally struck an N.K.U. Police Cruiser in the rear with his
vehicle.  Subject then exited his vehicle and assaulted the Officer.  Minor injuries were
suffered by the subject and 2 officers.  Both officers and the perpetrator were transported
by Central Campbell County Squad to St. Luke East Hospital for treatment and psychiatric
evaluation of the perpetrator.  Investigation is being conducted by Highland Heights, Ky.
Police and status is pending....

Investigation found that the cause of the odor was a fire in an ash tray that had been
extinguished earlier by Custodial personnel.  No damage to the area.  The building was

and that the vehicle occupants were intoxicated.  Vehicle was observed traveling west
on Johns Hill Road and was stopped at the listed location.  Wilder, Kentucky Officer
also assisted with the traffic stop.  Male driver was arrested by Wilder Police for Driving
Under The Influence (DUI) and a Male passenger was arrested for Alcohol Intoxication.
Both subjects were transported to and lodged in the Campbell County Jail.  Report was

Dispo: On December 1st, a Female Taxicab Driver picked up a fare in Covington Kentucky
and was instructed to drive to the listed location.  Upon arriving at the location, the
complainant was then instructed to perform a sexual act.  Following the incident, the subject
then left the campus.  The complainant reported the incident to both the Covington and
N.K.U. Police Departments.  Under investigation....

Dispo: NO FIRE.  Fire Alarm received from the listed location, via the ESUSA Computer.
There was no evidence of fire or smoke in the area.  The Central Campbell County Fire
Department responded and investigation determined that the cause of the alarm was from
cigarette smoke.  The building was cleared for re-occupancy and the scene cleared at
1:34am.  Case closed....

unpaid parking citations.  The vehicle owner was located and payment was made.  Case

MARIJUANA
Dispo: Residential Life personnel reported the smell of marijuana, at the listed location.
Upon arrival, Officers and Residential Life personnel knocked on the door of the residence
receiving no response.  Residential Life personnel then accessed the room, there was no
one inside.  A substance, appearing to be marijuana, was observed in the room and was
confiscated by D.P.S.  Officers and placed into evidence.  No charges have been filed at
this time. Under Investigation....

observed a large group of people gathered at the listed location but no fighting.   Officers
were unable to locate the two subjects involved.  The crowd was dispersed.  Case closed....
