Location: DORMS-COMMONWEALTH HALL - SECOND FLOOR - COMPLAINT
RECEIVED
Dispo: Female subject reported a possible domestic in the hallway, at the listed location.
Upon arrival, Officer was unable to locate the subjects involved. Following further
investigation, subjects involved were located in their respective rooms and were advised.
Referred to Residential Life Office for possible further disciplinary action. Case closed...

Location: UNIVERSITY DRIVE - AT THE PARKING GARAGE - DAMAGE TO
VEHICLE
Dispo: At above date and time, Female subject came to DPS Office to report damage
to her vehicle. Subject advised that on 8/27/2002, after attending the Cincinnati Symphony
Orchestra concert, her vehicle sustained damage as it passed over the "Speed Bump" at
that location. Subject noticed oil leaking from her vehicle after it had been parked in her
driveway overnight. Subject advised that the vehicle's oil pan had been cracked. The incident
remains open, at this time.

Dispo: While at the listed location, See Report #02057 - Dated 8/30/2002, Officer observed
a vehicle being operated in a careless manner. Male operator was observed attempting to
pass Emergency Vehicles by driving the vehicle on the sidewalk. Subject was issued a
Kentucky State Citation, and received a date to appear in Campbell County District Court,
for Careless Driving and Failure to Yield to an Emergency Vehicle. Case closed...

Dispo: Male subject came to DPS Office to report that his 2002-2003 NKU Parking Permit
is missing. Subject advised that he had purchased his parking permit on 8/23/200 and had 
placed the permit in his pocket. Upon arrival at home, he noticed that the permit was missing.
Subject was referred to the Parking Office for a replacement. Case closed...

Dispo: Male subject came to DPS Office to report that his vehicle had been broken
into, at the listed location. Subject also stated that the CD Player had been removed from
the vehicle. The missing item was last seen at 10:40am, this date. Under investigation...

Dispo: NO FIRE.  Fire Alarm received via the ESUSA Computer from the listed location. 
NKU DPS, Physical Plant personnel and the NKU Environmental Safety Officer
checked the area finding no sign of smoke or fire.  Investigation determined that the
cause of the alarm was food being cooked in a microwave.  The Central Campbell
County Fire Department was dispatched but later disregarded by the Environmental
Safety Officer after the cause of the alarm was discovered.  The alarm was reset and
the building was reopened.  Case closed....

Dispo: Female subject reported that a M/B Subject, whom she had met earlier in the
evening, had sexually assaulted her, at the listed location.  Earlier this date, D.P.S.
Officers responded to a fight in progress (See Report #020645) outside Woodcrest
Apartments.  Subject stated the the fight was in response to this incident.  Suspect
in this incident, fled the scene prior to the Officers arrival.  Case closed/Unfounded
8/31/02....

afternoon on 8/24/2002.  Officers spoke with the roommate and obtained information
on the missing subject and her past actions.  N.K.U. D.P.S. issued an Attempt To
Locate message, via the LINK Computer, to area police departments, reference the
missing subject.  Subject was located on 8/27/02.  Case closed....

the subjects had put shaving cream and toothpaste on her person.  During an
argument, one of the subjects struck her, causing injury to her lip.  Under

Dispo: NO FIRE.  Fire Alarm received via the ESUSA Computer from the listed
location.  The Central Campbell County Fire Department responded and along with
N.K.U. Officers and Physical Plant personnel checked the area finding no evidence of
smoke, fire or any alarm activated.  The cause of the alarm is undetermined.  The alarm
was re-set, building cleared for re-occupancy and scene cleared at 9:47am.  Case
closed....

accessed the door.  Upon entering, Officer observed several marijuana items on a table,
in plain site.  The room resident(s) were not present and No charges were filed, at this
time.  Incident was referred to the Residential Life Office for further investigation....

The Central Campbell County Fire Department responded and along with N.K.U. DPS, 
Physical Plant personnel and the N.K.U. Environmental Safety Officer checked the area. 
Units observed visible smoke, but NO FIRE was located. Alarm was caused by an
electrical motor that had malfunctioned, "burnt up." Referred to N.K.U. Physical Plant

Dispo: Intrusion Alarm received, by Res-Comm Security, from the listed location.
Covington Police were notified and requested N.K.U. Officer respond for assistance. 
Upon arrival, Officers found an open door and conducted a search of the building and 
area. Officers located an N.K.U. professor at that location preparing for classes. The 
alarm was reset and the scene cleared. Case closed....
