Dispo: Officer observed a vehicle pass a city bus in a No Passing Zone near the listed
location. The driver could
not produce a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, or
proof of insurance. Upon investigation, the registration (1-4-02) and the
driver's license
(12-27-01) were found to be expired. Driver
was issued a Kentucky State Citation for
Improper Passing, Expired Registration,
Expired Operator's License, and No Proof of
Insurance. The vehicle was impounded. Case closed....

Upon arrival, Officer was directed to the Second (2nd) Floor. The Central
Campbell County
Fire Department responded and along with DPS and Power Plant personnel
checked
the area finding no evidence of smoke or fire. It was
determined that a
pull station had
been activated by unknown subject(s) for an unknown reason. Building
reopened
and
scene cleared at 3:21am. Case closed....

Dispo: NO FIRE. Fire Alarm received via the ESUSA Computer from the listed
location.
The alarm immediately reset. Responding Officer found the audible alarms
sounding
inside the building but no sign of fire or smoke. The N.K.U.
Environmental Safety
Officer responded and checked the alarm panels and the area finding no cause for
the
alarm. The Central Campbell County Fire Department was not dispatched due
to the
fact that the alarm immediately reset. The building reopened at
10:10am. Case

Dispo: Unknown Female reported a verbal altercation, at the listed location,

4 or 5 male subjects. Upon arrival, Officers observed a M/W subject leaving
the area resulting in a
foot pursuit. Before the subject could be questioned, Officers
responded to a
Fire Alarm activation
at the Dorms (See Report #020103). The subject,
listed above, was
later located and questioned and advised of the possible consequences
of his
actions. No charges filed at this time. Copy of report was forwarded to
the Dean
of Students Office. Case Closed....
