computer.  Investigation found that the cause of the alarm was a student using
a welding torch in the area.  The Central Campbell County Fire Department
responded and checked the area.  The scene was cleared at 12:36pm.  Case closed....

State Citations for Operating a Motor Vehicle Under Alcohol-1st Offense, Failure to Wear
A Seat Belt, Wanton Endangerment-2nd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Forged 
Instrument-3rd Degree.  Driver was taken to and lodged in the Campbell County Jail. 
Vehicle was towed and impounded.  Passengers were released at scene. Case closed....

area finding no evidence of smoke or fire.  A Maintenance Employee advised that the alarm

Further investigation revealed the Operator's License to be expired.  During a search
of the driver and the vehicle, a large amount of cash and marijuana were found.  The
driver was Arrested and issued a Kentucky State Citation for No Operators License,
Possession of Marijuana, and Trafficking within 1000 Yards of a School.  Driver was
transported to and lodged in the Campbell County Jail. Case closed....

Dispo: Officer observed a vehicle pass a city bus in a No Passing Zone near the listed
location.  The driver could not produce a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, or
proof of insurance.  Upon investigation, the registration (1-4-02) and the driver's license
(12-27-01) were found to be expired.  Driver was issued a Kentucky State Citation for
Improper Passing, Expired Registration, Expired Operator's License, and No Proof of
Insurance.  The vehicle was impounded.  Case closed....

the area finding no evidence of smoke or fire.  It was determined that a pull station had

inside the building but no sign of fire or smoke.  The N.K.U. Environmental Safety
Officer responded and checked the alarm panels and the area finding no cause for the
alarm.  The Central Campbell County Fire Department was not dispatched due to the
fact that the alarm immediately reset.  The building reopened at 10:10am.  Case closed....

approximately 4 or 5 male subjects.  Upon arrival, Officers observed a M/W subject leaving 
the area resulting in a foot pursuit.  Before the subject could be questioned, Officers
responded to a Fire Alarm activation at the Dorms (See Report #020103). The subject,
listed above, was later located and questioned and advised of the possible consequences
of his actions.  No charges filed at this time.  Copy of report was forwarded to the Dean
of Students Office.  Case Closed....
