The vehicle owner was located and questioned.  The subject was issued a Kentucky State
Citation for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument-3rd Degree.  The permit was secured
in the D.P.S. Evidence Room.  Case closed....

Dispo: Smoke Alarm received via the ESUSA Computer from the listed location.  The
Central Campbell County Fire Department responded and checked the area finding
no sign of fire or smoke.  The cause of the alarm is unknown at this time.  The system
was reset and the building reopened at 12:56pm.  Case closed....

County Squad responded.  The subject refused transportation to the hospital and instead was
transported by friends to the Urgent Care Center in Cold Spring, Kentucky.  Case closed....

Dispo: Officers observed a tractor trailer drive into the grass and onto the sidewalk at Nunn
Drive and Lot J.  The vehicle was stopped at the listed location.  Subject stated that the new
construction has made it difficult to maneuver a tractor trailer into the Central Receiving Area.

Dispo: Alarm received, via the ESUSA Computer, from the listed location.  Investigation
determined that a smoke detector had activated at the listed location.  The Central
Campbell County Fire Department responded and along with DPS Officers and the N.K.U.
Environmental Safety Officer checked the area, finding no evidence of smoke or fire.  The
ESO cleared the building for reoccupancy.  Scene cleared at 6:14pm.  Case closed....

Dispo: Four (4) subjects, Two (2) Male and Two (2) Female, arguing at the listed location.
Subjects were questioned and the Two (2) male non-residents were advised to leave the
Residential Village.  All subjects refused to press charges.  Also, found in the room in
plain view was, alcoholic beverages and what appeared to be several marijuana roaches.
The contraband was confiscated and logged into the D.P.S. Evidence Room.  No charges
were filed in this incident at this time.  Report forwarded to Residential Life for any 
possible disciplinary action.  Case closed....

subject stated that the package contained beer.  A second male was observed exiting a
room also carrying beer.  While checking the room, Officers and Residential Life staff,
observed a female subject with a can of beer in her possession. The three (3) subjects were
issued Kentucky State Citations for Possession of Alcohol by a Minor.  The alcohol was
confiscated and logged into the DPS Property/Evidence Room.  Report forwarded to the
Residential Life Office and the N.K.U. Dean of Students Office for possible further
disciplinary action. Case closed....

Dispo: Male subject reported that he was being followed by an individual  he had previously
pressed charges against (See Report #010833, Dated 10/31/2001). Officer observed the
suspects vehicle on Johns Hill Road and stopped the vehicle in the Skyline Tavern Parking
Lot and questioned the suspect.  Officer determined that this incident was an
ex-boyfriend/girlfriend misunderstanding.  The suspect was advised not to bother the
complainant in the future. No charges were filed at this time.  Case remains open....

subject conscious and responsive but lethargic.  The Central Campbell County Squad
was notified and responded.  The subject was transported  by the Squad to St. Luke Hospital
East for additional treatment.  Case closed....

Dispo: Female subject reported that on 1/11/2001 an unknown male subject bumped into her
causing her to drop her purse.  Subject stated that her wallet and cell phone fell out as it hit
the ground.  The unknown male picked up the items and then left the area, running toward
Parking Lot J.  No description of the male subject was available.  Case remains open and
under investigation....

Dispo: Female subject reported smelling smoke at the listed locations. The Central
Campbell County Fire Department responded and along with DPS and N.K.U. Power Plant
personnel checked the areas finding no evidence of smoke or fire.  Investigation found that
the smoke odor was drawn in through the air handlers and circulated within the building.
Central Campbell County Fire Units had earlier responded to a fire near the campus.  Scene
cleared at 10:26pm.  Case closed....

Argument
Dispo: Two (2) male and one(1) female subjects arguing at the listed location. Upon arrival,
Officers separated and spoke with the subjects.  It was determined that the argument was
between boyfriend/girlfriend and included another male individual.  Based upon questioning,
the boyfriend was arrested for Burglary 2nd Degree, Assault 4th Degree and Criminal Mischief.
The subject was transported and lodged in the Campbell County Jail. (See Report #020027 for
additional information, regarding this incident).  Case closed....

Dispo: During the questioning of the subjects involved in the above incident (See Report
#020028), it was discovered that the female subject had two (2) outstanding warrants, through
Campbell County, on file.  Based on this information, the subject was transported and lodged in
the Campbell County Jail.  Case closed....

Dispo: Highland Heights Police requested assistance investigating an alarm drop from the
listed location. Upon arrival, the DPS Officer was met by an individual who stated he had
attempted to set the buildings alarm and had entered the wrong code.  When attempting to
re-set the system the alarm activated.  The subject was identified as the building's director.
It was determined that everything was OK at the location.  Case closed....

arrival, DPS was advised that the alarm was caused by a table that had struck a Fire Alarm
Pull Station.  N.K.U. Physical Plant responded and re-set the pull station.   Case closed....
