Dispo: Two (2) subjects involved. Female reported that she had been assaulted by her roommate at the listed location. Officer observed red marks on the complainant's neck. Subject did not require medical attention. Officer was unable to speak with the Second (2nd) subject or witness to the incident since they had left the campus prior to the Officers arrival. Copy of report was forwarded to NKU Residential Life and Dean of Students Offices for possible disciplinary action. EXCEPTIONALLY CLEARED - PROSECUTION DECLINED

Dispo: NO FIRE. Smoke Detector Activation Alarm received, via Computer, from the listed location. N.K.U. Police, Physical Plant, and the Environmental Safety Officer responded and checked the area finding an odor of burnt popcorn and plastic. Upon investigation, it was determined that a plastic bowl, containing popcorn, had melted in a microwave oven. There was no damage to the building or contents. The NKU ESO stated

Environmental Safety Officer responded and checked the area finding no evidence of smoke or fire. The cause of the alarm is unknown. The scene was cleared and building reopened for occupancy.
