Dispo: While on routine patrol, Officer observed a Rumpke Transportation Company vehicle, at this listed location, leaking a fluid. Officer located the vehicle's driver who advised that the fluid was hydraulic fluid, coming from a broken hydraulic pump on the vehicle. The Central Campbell County Fire Department responded (non-emergency) to flush the area. The Campbell County Environmental, Rumpke Transportation Environmental Response Personnel, NKU Grounds Services and the NKU Environmental Safety Officer

Dispo: Male University employee came to the DPS Office to report a smell of natural gas,at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officers and Physical Plant personnel were able to detect the natural gas odor. The Central Campbell County Fire Department responded and upon arrival requested that Cinergy/ULH&P also respond to this location. Following a check of the area it was discovered that there were pin-hole leaks in a gas line at this location. The line was shut-down and "Red-Tagged" by utility company personnel until their service personnel can make the needed repairs. DPS and Fire Department personnel cleared the scene at 8:00am, per approval of
the utility company. The State Fire Marshal's Office was notified via E-Mail. CLOSED - CITATION ISSUED
