Summary: While on patrol, Officer noticed several alcoholic beverage containers on a window sill. Residential Life personnel were called to the room and one of the occupants allowed a search of the area. During the search, several unopened beer cans were observed. and a bag containing a green leafy substance and seeds were observed. One of the subjects did admit that the bag contained marijuana. As a result of the search, Two (2) Kentucky State Citations for Possession of Marijuana, One (1) Kentucky State Citation for Possession of Drug Paraphenalia and One (1) Kentucky State Citation for Possession of Alcohol By Minor were issued. Residential Life will review the incident for possible further disciplinary action(s).

The alarm was re-set, building cleared for re-occupancy and scene cleared at 10:49pm. The State Fire Marshal's Office was notified, via e-mail.
