Upon arrival, Officers and Residential Life personnel located and spoke with the complainant and confiscated the contraband. The contraband was logged and secured in the DPS Property/Evidence room. The subject was not at the residence but was contacted by phone and requested to return to the residence. Subject was initially issued a Kentucky State Citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia then later arrested for an additional charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Tampering with Physical Evidence. The subject was transported and lodged in the Campbell County Jail. Information was obtained by Residential Life personnel for possible further disciplinary action.

Summary: Complainant advised that a subject was extremely intoxicated and making verbal threats at the listed location. Upon arrival, Officer located the subject walking near the BSU building. During an attempt to question the subject, the subject started fighting with the Officer which resulted in the Officer using pepper spray to subdue the subject. The subject was arrested following this incident. Officer requested that the Central Campbell County Squad respond to the location and treat the subject. During further investigation, Officer discovered that the subject had an outstanding warrant from Kenton County. The subject was issued a Kentucky State Citation for Alcohol Intoxication - 2nd Degree, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Assault on a Police Officer and Outstanding Warrants. Following treatment by squad personnel, the subject was transported and lodged in the Campbell County Jail.
