Summary: A smoke alarm was received from the listed location. Officers, Physical Plant personnel and Central Campbell County Fire Department responded. Upon investigation, it was determined that the alarm was caused by smoke from a grill at this location. The university's Food Service Vendor, Chartwell Services, recently opened a grill area in this location and were grilling sandwiches. The Fire Department advised Chartwell that an exhaust hood needed to be installed over the grill in order to continue grilling in that area. The alarm was re-set, building cleared for re-occupancy and scene cleared at 10:41am. The State Fire Marshal's Office was notified, via e-mail.
