Upon arrival, Officers and Residential Life personnel located and questioned several subjects regarding this incident. Officer stated that one of the subjects was uncooperative and that he detected a strong odor of alcohol upon his person and breath. The subject was arrested and issued a Kentucky State Citation for Alcohol Intoxication. The subject was transported and lodged in the Campbell County Jail. Residential Life personnel will also be filing a report on this incident.

Fire Department personnel were able to remove the smoke from the building. Physical Plant personnel shutdown the elevator until the motor can be replaced. The alarm was re-set, building cleared for re-occupancy and scene cleared at 06:51am. The State Fire Marshal's Office was notified, via telephone.
