Upon investigation, it was determined that the alarm was caused by a faulty smoke detector. Physical Plant personnel replaced the detector. The alarm was re-set, building cleared for re-occupancy and scene cleared at 2:51pm. The State Fire Marshal's Office was notified via e-mail.

Summary: Campbell County Dispatch, at the request of Highland Heights Police, requested that an officer respond to the listed location for a report of a male subject exposing himself to a female patron. Highland Heights Police were working a traffic accident and were unavailable. Upon arrival, Officer met with the complainant who stated that a subject had exposed his genitals as she was sitting in her vehicle. The subject had left the scene prior to the Officers arrival. A search of the area was conducted with negative results. Information on the incident was obtained and given to the Highland Heights Police, upon their arrival, for continued investigation.

During the stop, Officer determined that the driver was operating a motor vehicle on a suspended Operator's License and was advised that this subject was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Kenton County. The driver was arrested and issued a Kentucky State Citation for Operating a Motor Vehicle on a Suspended Operator's License and Failure to Produce an Insurance Card. Upon further investigation, Officer determined that one of the vehicles  passengers was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Hamilton County Ohio. This subject was also arrested and issued a Kentucky State Citation for the Outstanding Warrant. Both subjects were transported and lodged in the Campbell County Jail.
