The alarm was re-set, building cleared for re-occupancy and scene cleared at 5:44am. The State Fire Marshal's Office was notified via e-mail.

During questioning, Officer determined the driver was operating the vehicle while under the influence. Subject also admitted to using drugs the previous evening. Drugs and drug paraphernalia were observed inside the vehicle. The subject was arrested and issued a Kentucky State Citation for Operating a Motor Vehicle while Under the Influence, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. The subject was subsequently transported and lodged in the Campbell County Jail.
