Summary: Complainant advised of a fight in progress at the listed location. Officers and Residential Life personnel responded. Upon arrival, Officers located and spoke with the subjects involved. During questioning, Officers determined that the subjects were under the influence of alcohol. Residential Life conducted an administrative search and found bottles of alcohol in a refrigerator within the residence. The subjects were subsequently issued  Kentucky State Citations for Possession of Alcohol by a Minor. Information was also obtained by Residential Life for possible further disciplinary action.

Central Campbell on scene at 5:26pm, Duke Energy on scene at 5:34pm. Upon investigation, it was determined an electrical short in the power lines caused the outage. Officers/Central Campbell County Fire cleared the scene at 5:36pm. Power was restored at approximately 8:10pm.
