Summary: Complainant advised that approximately three (3) male subjects were
involved in a verbal dispute outside the listed location. Officers and
Residential Life personnel responded to the location. Upon arrival, Officers
advised that the subjects entered the building and into a room. Residential Life
personnel accessed the room for an administrative search. Upon entering,
Officers advised that numerous subjects appeared to be under the influence of
alcohol. Highland Heights Police units also responded to the listed location.
Following questioning, two (2) subjects were arrested and issued Kentucky State
Citations. One (1) subject was arrested by NKU Officer for Alcohol Intoxication.
One (1) subject was arrested by Highland Heights Police for Outstanding Warrants
from Kenton County. Residential Life personnel obtained information on the other
subjects for possible further disciplinary actions. The arrested subjects were
transported and lodged in the Campbell County Jail.

and were granted access to the residence. Upon entering, Units observed two subjects in possession of drug paraphernalia. Officers also observed marijuana
in plain view at this location. The subjects were arrested and issued Kentucky
State Citations. One subject was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
and Possession of Marijuana and one subject was cited for Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia. Additional information was obtained by Residential Life personnel
for possible further disciplinary action. The subjects were transported and

repair/replacement of the smoke detector. The alarm was re-set, building cleared
for re-occupancy and scene cleared at 10:12pm. The State Fire Marshal's Office
was notified by e-mail.

Summary: Officers responded to the listed location for an intoxicated subject
banging on doors. The subject was located and found to be highly intoxicated.
While talking to the officers, the subject suddenly confessed to shoplifting
items from Walgreen's in Highland Heights and then began shouting profanities
causing other residents to come out of their rooms to watch the scene. The
subject was taken into custody charged with Possession of Alcoholic Beverages by
a Minor, Disorderly Conduct and Shoplifting. During transport to the Campbell
County Detention Center, the subject began to complain of chest pains and have
convulsions. Central Campbell County Squad was dispatched and transported the
subject to St. Luke East where the subject was evaluated and released back to
the officers. The subject was then transported to the Campbell County Detention
Center.
