Summary: Subject reported a vehicle parked at this location all
morning with the vehicle door standing open. Officers responded and checked the
vehicle. During the search, Officers found a what appeared to be a handgun under
the driver's seat in plain view. Upon further investigation, Officers determined
the gun to be an air pellet gun. Vehicle owner
was determined and located. The item was turned over to Residential Life
personnel for further disciplinary action. No criminal charges have been filed
at this time.

Kentucky State Citation for Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage by a Minor.

was contacted and he advised that "the alarm panel was broken and needed to be
replaced." Information on this incident, will be referred to the appropriate
University personnel. The alarm was re-set, building cleared/re-secured and

result of a "burnt-up" elevator motor. Physical Plant personnel shut-down the
elevator until the motor could be repaired or replaced. Fire Department
personnel evacuated the remaining smoke odor from the building. The alarm was

Summary: Officer reported that a vehicle immobilizing device ("parking boot")
was missing from the listed location. Officer stated that on 2/19/07 the Parking
Office had authorized that a vehicle be immobilized ("booted") due to numerous
outstanding parking citations. Officer advised that both the vehicle and the
"parking boot" were no longer at this location. Upon investigation, Officers
were able to locate the owner of the "booted" vehicle. Upon questioning, subject
admitted to removing the "boot" from the vehicle, placing it in the vehicles
trunk, and then driving home. The subject was subsequently arrested and issued a
Kentucky State Citation for Receiving Stolen Property. The subject was
transported and lodged in the Campbell County Jail.

the bookstore manager, the alarm was silenced and the painters were granted
access. The bookstore manager responded and remained in the area. Officers
