The passenger in the vehicle kept getting out of the vehicle while the Officer attempted to do sobriety tests on the driver. The passenger was also determined to be intoxicated. The passenger was taken into custody and issued a Kentucky State Citation for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place, 1st Offense. Both subjects were lodged in Campbell County Detention Center.

Fire Department personnel evacuated the smoke from the building. Power Plant personnel shut down the elevator until the motor could be repaired or replaced. Fire Department personnel evacuated the remaining smoke odor from the building. The alarm was reset, building cleared for reoccupancy and scene cleared at 10:54pm.
