Northern Kentucky University has forty-four emergency call boxes positioned throughout the campus. The boxes are easily recognized by the blue light that towers above each box.

By pushing the red button you are connected directly with the University Police and your location is displayed automatically in the dispatch center. The call boxes are intended to increase the safety of the campus community and are a quick and easily accessible method of crime reporting to the University Police Department. These boxes should be used for emergencies, and for reporting crimes or suspicious activity.
