How to Apply (2008-2009 academic year)

Step 1

Print out the 2008-2009  agreement (PDF format). 

Step 2

Read the terms and conditions (pages 1, 2, 3).

Step 3

Read through the contract and complete all sections.  Provide your room preference and select a meal plan.

Step 4

Mail completed application with $200 Prepayment to:

University Housing
Northern Kentucky University
101 Norse Commons
Highland Heights, KY 41099

Please be aware that the $200.00 prepayment is non-refundable.  The only reason a prepayment is refunded is if a student is denied admission to NKU.

1 - Please note that the housing/dining agreement is separate from the application for admission to the University. Filling out the housing/dining agreement does not guarantee admission to the University and filling out the application for admission to the University does not guarantee admission to University Housing.

2 - University Housing will process your housing/dining agreement if you have not been admitted to the University. However, you will not be assigned to a room until you are admitted to the University. If you are not admitted to the University and University Housing has processed your application, you will be refunded your $200 prepayment.
