Meal Change Request

In order to change your meal plan, you must fill out a meal change request form. You may obtain a meal change request form from the University Housing Office.  You can also download a pdf copy by clicking here Meal Change Form.
*Please note that residents living in Commonwealth Hall, Kentucky Hall, Norse Hall and University Suites must have a meal plan of at least 15 meals per week. Only Woodcrest residents may have a meal plan of 10 meals per week.

Room Change Request

You may change rooms by completing a room change request form. The Room Change Request Form may be obtained by clicking on the link. This completed form must be returned to the University Housing office in 101 Norse Commons.  Room changes will be handled through the appropriate hall director and assignment coordinator. Room changes will not take place during the first two weeks of the fall and spring semesters or during finals week. You will be granted one room change without being charged. Subsequent room changes will cost $50 per room change.

Once you change rooms, you should fill out our online mail forwarding form to ensure that you have continuous mail service.  Mail forwarding will stay in effect for 30 days and the form can be accessed here
