ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN PUBLIC HISTORY/MUSEUM STUDIES - The Department of History and Geography at Northern Kentucky University invites applications for a tenure track assistant professor in public history/museum studies beginning August, 2010. In addition to administrative duties to support NKU’s Public History graduate program, the successful candidate will teach graduate courses in Museum Studies as well as undergraduate general education courses. CRIMINAL JUSTICE LECTURER
The Department of Political Science and Criminal Justice at Northern Kentucky University invites applications for a Lecturer position in Criminal Justice beginning August 2009. Requirements include a Master degree in Criminal Justice, at least 10 years teaching experience at the college level, at least 20 years of law enforcement experience which includes criminal investigation, and at least 5 years of experience creating and delivering CSI camp programs in the community. The successful candidate will teach the equivalent of 5 undergraduate courses per semester in criminal justice.  Commitment to undergraduate instruction and service to the university and community are expected. The department has 31 full-time faculty members and is built on values that emphasize the multidimensional excellence among faculty, a learner-centered education, and collaboration across all academic programs of the department and the university. Part time program associates to teach English as a Second Language

Northern Kentucky University is seeking part time program associates to teach English as a Second Language in its Intensive English Program.  Qualifications include a Masters Degree in English or a related field and TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) experience.  Preference will be given to candidates with Intensive English experience and a TESL endorsement.  Interested applicants who meet the above qualifications should submit a letter of application, current resume, and the names of 3 professional references to:
