There are many benefits to the compensation program at NKU.  There is the ability to recruit and retain talent based on competency.  We are no longer tied to the minimums of the pay ranges and reclassifications will have a central process.  Salaries will be based on analysis of the position, market and internal equity.  Most of all it will be fair and equitable.
