The QEP Development Team is the second of three successive committees that will assist NKU in developing its Quality Enhancement Plan as part of the SACS reaffirmation process. It will be formed and take up the QEP process after the QEP Theme & Concept Committee has helped the university focus on a single topic for its QEP.

 
The QEP Development Team will start with the topic identified by the QEP Theme & Concept Committee and turn it into a fully developed five-year action plan for enhancing student learning. Its final product will be the actual Quality Enhancement Plan document that is to be submitted to SACS for review by its On-Site Review Team which will visit the campus during spring 2009.
