STEELY LIBRARY REQUEST RESOURCES INFORMATION FORMS

Library resourses should be verified as part of the curriculum approval process. If possible, contact the library prior to submitting your Letter of Intent for new degree program and new certificate program (suggest during Academic Planning Form process). For proposed new courses, contact the library about resources prior to submitting your new course form proposal (Appendix H).

Requesting the review of library materials at an early date allows library personnel sufficient time to review and respond to your request.
